Risk Management

The Risk Management Team at EOS assesses all unsecured portfolios worldwide. It supports the countries with questions on valuation and modelling.

Corporate Controlling

In Corporate Controlling, transparent and efficient management of company resources is ensured. Financial data is analysed and evaluated to make informed decisions and achieve company objectives.

Finance & Accounting

The Finance & Accounting team prepares monthly and annual financial reports, ensures the company's liquidity, and supports international companies in IFRS accounting.

Secured Portfolio Valuation

The Secured Portfolio Valuation Team evaluates and analyses secured claim packages and properties before purchase. Moreover, the team collects market information and provides modelling expertise.

Corporate Auditing

The Corporate Auditing Team conducts audits for all companies and sectors of the EOS Group on behalf of the Chairman. The team's goal is to ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of risk management systems and internal control systems.

Regional Management

The Regional Management Team supports the country companies in their growth and goal achievement, to secure a positive future for the entire EOS Group. The Country Management, Organizational Development, and Business Development teams work together to enhance the companies' performance.
